General Terms & Conditions

1. Competitions are open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except for employees of KTF Property Limited (the Promoter), their families or anyone else associated with this competition.

2. All information detailing how to enter these competitions forms part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of entry/participation will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Where entries are required they should be submitted by email to: manager@brandonhousehotel.co.uk. Entries must be labelled with the entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email where available; being sure to include details relevant to the competition/promotion.

4. All entries must be received by any advertised closing time and date.

5. Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

6. Winning entries will be chosen by the criteria laid-out in the competition/promotion details.

7. The prize/s as described are available on the date of publication. All prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

8. If an advertised prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

9. Winners may take part in publicity.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. The Promoter may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If this occurs the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules will be published on the relevant competition page.

Promotions and competitions organised and run by the Promoter may have stipulations that operate in conjunction with or supplement these general Terms & Conditions. Details will be supplied on the relevant page.

11. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, accordingly the Promoter may at its discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

12. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.

How It Works
- Cards are presented throughout the retaurant or available at Reception.

-Purchase a dish that's on the card and receive a validation stamp with your check payment

- Complete an un-interupted horizontal or vertical line of dishes to win a prize!
